Overall experience was good, professional and problem free. Nathan was as very welcoming and helpful. My only issue was with link for directions which are incorrect, however Nathan stated that they are looking into this.

I sold some jewellery through charters Gold where Nathan was personable, polite and kind throughout. Making the transaction easy and professional. They gave what I felt was a very fair price and went out of their way to make sure I left with a good deal. Would highly recommend for those not knowing where is best to sell their precious metals.

I found Charters Gold via a web search and thought I’d see what they say having read the other reviews. Nick and the team were really helpful and very informative. Nick was very personable and took time to go through everything step by step - absolutely no pressure. Upon confirming I was ok to proceed with the sale the money was transferred immediately. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone considering

Very professional from start to finish. From the initial contact on WhatsApp where I shared some photos, the communication was excellent and an appointment was set up a couple of days later Instructions were clear and upon arrival was met by Nathan. Again really professional and friendly explaining the process of evaluation and verification. Each item was weighed in front of me and all items were pretty much the same as I’d done myself. The website is an excellent guide and the valuations were fair and as expected. Once agreed, the payment was instant I highly recommend Charters Gold for your precious metals.
